1.There may exist some interferences of strong wireless signals around it. For example, 2.4G induction equipment is buried in the ground at the corresponding position of the traffic light for speed measurement image data transmission, the interference is relatively strong, which leads to the jam of the general Bluetooth headset. Or in subway, the signal will be interfered too. Please have a try to reset the earbuds or change a place to retry.

2.Make sure that you don’t move too much within 30ft! Even if you do, there are walls that may cause this issue. However, the best thing to do, especially if you are using a smartphone is to have it with you in your pocket, or just by putting it on the table next to you.
